We provide direct “hands-on” practices to advance well being through customized ‘Health and Wellness programs centered on science-based healing-through-movement, health education and empowerment practices. Our programs focus on training the mind, body, and spirit to not only connect to an individuals true potential, but to give them the tools needed to achieve their goals and successfully maintain those goals in the long term. We believe in creating a fun, safe, and supportive environment for our clients to thrive in.

 

About the Founder

Michalene (Mickey) Timco-Hope

Holding a M.S. in Exercise Physiology and Personal Training as well as a B.S. in Athletic Training for Sports Medicine, Mickey has a well rounded, multifaceted approach to health, wellness and Personal Development. Being a Division 1A Basketball Athlete, and coach gives her distinctive insight on training of the body and mind with specific goals to be met. This insight along with her experience as a motivational speaker and 20 years of being an Operations Leader/Manager gives her a unique edge in both the corporate world and in the worlds of sports medicine and wellness. A dynamic and passionate leader, Mickey has devoted her life to helping others achieve their health and wellness goals with a rare level of empathy and excitement only seen in those with worldly personal experience.
